Quality with a hint of Mischief

I was having hdmi issues with my Xbox and everywhere I went was saying it would be like $250+ and 2-3 weeks. PC builders was more affordable and finished in 3 days AND they pick up and deliver your device to you. I’d leave 6 stars if I could!

These guys are great, I've been going through a rough time lately and I built my whole pc, but I had bent some motherboard pins. So i sent it in to them and they got it diagnosed, fixed, and back to me within 48h. Cannot reccomend these guys enough.

Had issues with my gaming PC which was setup on my sim rig for iracing. Mike responded out the next day, diagnosed the issues, and restored my PC. It's back to working like new and was worth every penny. Definitely recommend.

Received excellent service as a woman service. Mike is very helpful and thorough without man-splaining or talking down to you and I would trust him again to come pick up my PC from my apt. Turn around time was fast as well for what I was having done. Great communication. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my computer randomly blue screening at random intervals and the Mike and the team talked to me over the phone. Gave a quick potential issue and a pick up date. They were very open in communications and gave a diagnosis in a timely manner after stress testing my PC. Found out the RAM sticks were throwing errors, at the worst time in the market, and they gave a fair option for replacements given the market. They also helped push me into the correct path of the manufacture warranty rather than pushing their equipment or replacement. Great quality group and fair team. 100% would trust this group again. Fair market value and great practices.

Had Mike come over and help me build my 5080, 7950X3D build from scratch. Super cool dude and very helpful. Showed me the whole process and built me an awesome machine. 10/10 would recommend versus microcenter. Shout out Mike.

Had a slow Pc that I couldn’t quite figure out for ages, Mike attended to my appointment and was absolutely wonderful! He got everything fixed up and running to speed in no time. Turns out it was something entirely different to what I thought the problem was. Well informative too, provided me with some helpful apps to monitor my PC and he absolutely made my life so much simpler.

Had Mike and Connor work on two PCs for me that wouldn’t turn on and I have no complaints. Mike picked up the two PCs from my apartment, and the same day we got updated by text on how the process was going. I was a but worried going into the repair process, but meeting them and having the text updates was very helpful when Connor had questions about preferences I had. The entire process took a little over a week, and when I got the two PCs back they both worked perfectly. I’d highly recommend!
