Quotes are based on the information available at the time. If we discover additional issues after inspection/diagnostics, we’ll notify you before proceeding.
Some jobs may require a deposit (especially special-order parts). Final payment is due at completion prior to pickup/return delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Turnaround times depend on workload, parts availability, and job complexity. We’ll provide an ETA when possible, but ETAs are not guaranteed.
If you provide your own parts, compatibility and reliability risk increases. We can install customer-supplied parts, but we may recommend alternatives if the parts are low-quality, incompatible, or unsafe for the build.
You are responsible for backing up your data. While we take care during service, data loss can occur due to existing device conditions, failing storage, malware, corruption, or other factors outside our control.
Workmanship support applies to the specific services performed. Manufacturer warranties apply to new parts where relevant. We’ll help you navigate warranty claims when possible, but approval is controlled by the manufacturer/vendor.
For on-site service, you’re responsible for providing safe working conditions and access to the equipment/location. We may pause or reschedule if conditions are unsafe or access is not available.
If a device is left unclaimed for an extended period after completion and reasonable contact attempts, it may be considered abandoned. We’ll follow a documented notification process before any disposal or recovery action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCBM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
