PCBM will take reasonable care, but backups are my responsibility unless a data service is specifically approved.I understand PCBM will provide findings and an estimate before paid repair work beyond approved diagnostic/intake work.I understand PCBM will contact me when the machine is ready or when approval is needed, and I am responsible for pickup once work is complete.
