Built Around Real Use
Good service should feel informed, direct, and human.
From hobby repairs to a real shop.
It all started with a few repairs and a lot of encouragement.
Owner Mike Runnells started where a lot of good shops do: helping people one system at a time. Fixing issues, swapping parts, cleaning up old rigs, and getting machines back into shape turned into the kind of thing friends and family kept coming back for.
Before the business side really took off, the original idea was actually creative first. PC Builder’s Mischief started as a name tied to the fun side of building — the problem-solving, the experimentation, the humor, and the chaos that comes with making something better than what you started with.
Over time, that idea turned into something more serious in the best way. What began as hobby repairs and a future YouTube concept grew into a real service business built around custom PCs, repairs, upgrades, and practical tech support.
Today, the goal is bigger than just fixing machines. It is about building a shop people can trust — one that values clean work, honest recommendations, and systems that make sense long after the excitement of the purchase wears off.
A creative idea that turned into a real service brand.
What started as hobby work and a creative idea slowly turned into a real local service brand. The mission stayed the same: make PC help feel more personal, more thoughtful, and a lot less cookie-cutter.
Custom, not cookie-cutter — we design around your goals, not templates.
We explain the “why” behind recommendations so the process actually makes sense.
Craftsmanship and transparency matter just as much as raw performance.
What we won’t compromise on.
Good work should still make sense after the excitement wears off.
